Where will I be?
Rendezvous is located right in the middle of Gerringong, an easy walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes. Take a 15 minute drive to Kiama or head five minutes further south to the famous Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa.
Why choose Rendezvous?
Rendezvous has a great central location, within easy walking distance of all amenities, close to the beach, shops and cafes. The house is modern, clean, spacious and has great ocean views.
How is the property laid out?
Rendezvous is a split level home with a large deck and stunning ocean views. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the entry level is the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, ocean views and built in wardrobe. Another two rooms are also on this level both with built in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms upstairs: the ensuite with a bath, vanity and toilet, and the main bathroom with vanity, toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer.
Open plan living/dining/entertaining is also located on the entry level. The entertainment area has two couches, two ottomans and a 42" flat screen TV, DVD and music system.The lounge area overlooks the beach and hinterland with a comfortable six seater chaise lounge and two ottomans, and the dining area has a large dining table with seating for ten guests. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped featuring a five burner gas hob, 2 electric wall ovens, microwave and dishwasher.
On the lower level there is a bedroom with abuilt in wardrobe, and a bedroom/second living area with a set of bunks, five seater lounge, and a 42" flat screen TV. There is also a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedding configuration - The beds in bedroom two, three and four can be made up as either king beds or two singles. The bedding configuration displayed is the default configuration. If you would like the beds made differently please let us know at the time of making your booking.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Rendezvous had a generous, covered, patio style deck with outdoor setting and BBQ.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Rendezvous has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the property.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There garage parking for two carsand off street, open air parking for two more cars on the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
