From its commanding headland location, this contemporary, waterfront beach house enjoys classic south coast ocean and rural views .It is just metres away from Shelley Beach or a two minute drive to Seven Mile Beach.

One Tree is in a great location for those that want amazing views! Sit on the deck and enjoy the view over farm land to the ocean. One Tree has been tastefully refurbished with timber flooring, flow-through the living and dining areas, the sleek galley-style kitchen is a statement in relaxed beach side living.
How is the property laid out?
Bedroom One has a king bed, 40"Smart TV and views over Shelley Beach. Bedroom Two has a king bed. Bedroom Three has two single beds. There is one bathroom in the house with shower over bath, vanity and separate toilet and another shower and toilet located down the external stairs in the laundry. The kitchen, dining and living areas are all open plan, there is a dining recess with long timber table and chairs,. The stylish living area has leather lounge suites and a 40"Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a pod coffee machine compatible with Nespresso Original line pods.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Spacious deck with sun lounges, hanging egg chair, outdoor setting and Weber BBQ. The fully fenced backyard overlooking the ocean and surrounding farmland.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
All bedrooms have individual wall heaters and remote controlled ceiling fans. There is also a wall mounted heater in the living area.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway. The garage is locked and not available to guests.

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
