Number Nine, Gerroa - 4pm check out Sundays and Public Holidays, except Summer Season
Number Nine is a four-bedroom, mediterranean style home, with a secluded garden setting and great views of Seven Mile beach. The home is casual and comfortable, and retains all original features from when it was built. Please book it with this in mind, but it is otherwise a spacious, architect designed home that has a lovely, elevated position in Gerroa.

Where will I be?
Number Nine is located three streets back from the beach. It has views of the ocean but is surrounded by trees for privacy. The famous Blue Swimmer restaurant and local general store is conveniently located a ten minute walk away.
Why choose Number Nine?
Number Nine is beautiful Mediterranean style home with ocean views, style and impeccable presentation. There are many spaces to escape to, with two large living areas, a separate dining room, spacious bedrooms and generous decks from which to watch whales, dolphins and surfers.
How is the property laid out?
Number Nine is a spilt level, four bedroom house. On the entry level there are two bedrooms, one double and one queen and one bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
Also on the entry level is an enormous Living room with two three seater couches and two separate chairs, TV and DVD player, CD player with radio and separate speakers. The dining and kitchen are partitioned from living room by a floor to ceiling wall and the kitchen is well equipped with DeLonghi Nespresso Latissima Pro Coffee Machine (please BYO pods).
On the lower level there is another living area with TV, two more bedrooms, a double and a twin with a king bed and another bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basin. There is also a laundry with washer and dryer.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
Number Nine has complimentary WiFi. Whilst the service is generally reliable, it cannot be 100% guaranteed and no compensation will be paid if wifi is faulty. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
What about outdoors?
Number Nine has a gate at the front of the property, providing both security and privacy. There is an courtyard with dining table, BBQ and outdoor shower. There is a balcony off the upstairs living area with views of the ocean and another balcony off the downstairs living area and queen bedroom that leads down to a fenced yard.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Number Nine has central heating throughout (but not air conditioning). The property can be opened up on a warm day to catch any available sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking in the double garage for two cars + space for two vehicles, one behind the other on the driveway.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
