Where will I be?
Kitesurfer is located on the Gerroa Headland, at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. There are amazing views of the beach and the surf. It is a three minute drive to the beach, or a 15 minute walk. The nearby town of Gerringong is a short drive away.

This spacious and airy home makes for a great family getaway. Enjoy spending time together on the large deck with views of the beach.
How is the property laid out?
Kitesurfer is a split level home. When you enter through the front door you walk up a small flight of stairs and you find yourself in the living area. On this level you also have the kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king singles. The upper level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and the main bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. The combined bathroom and laundry are accessed through the garage.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
What about outdoors?
There are many great outdoor options at Kitesurfer. Relax on one of the two front decks, or BBQ and dine on the large rear deck. There is also a large backyard, please note it is not fully fenced.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Kitesurfer has reverse cycle ducted airconditioning for your year round comfort. The windows and doors can be opened to catch the breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets anddoonas, linen and bath towels are provided at Kitesurfer. However please bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There are two parking spaces available on the driveway and there is street parking. The garage is reserved for the owners personal use.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
