Just across the road from Seven Mile Beach, this is the perfect spot for kids to play in the river and on the beach, and an ideal location for surfers or those who love to fish. Please scroll down to see this property’s exact location on Google maps. Why choose Gerroa Dreaming? Gerroa Dreaming has a great central location, close to the beach. The house is spacious enough for two families and has a private leafy back garden with outdoor shower and views to the beach. How is the property laid out? Gerroa Dreaming is a two storey house. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, both with queen beds and one that opens up to the front deck overlooking the beach. There is one bathroom with a two way entrance, bath, shower (small hob), vanity and toilet. Also downstairs is a large front lounge area overlooking the beach and river with a 42" flat screen TV and DVD, and a wood fireplace with wood provided. There is also a sunroom with couch, TV, Netflix, DVD, and music system with IPod dock. The open plan kitchen/living/atrium opens into the back garden. There is a generous dining area, and a kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and views to the ocean. There is also a laundry with washing machine, dryer and separate toilet. Upstairs is the loft area with two bedrooms, and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and two trundles, and the other bedroom has a queen bed. Please note the access to the queen bedroom is through the single bedroom . The bathroom is newly renovated with double shower, vanity and toilet. WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan. What about outdoors? The front deck overlooks Seven Mile Beach and Crooked River and is equipped with BBQ and outdoor dining setting. Private leafy back-garden with outdoor shower and views to the beach. Staying warm or keeping cool?! Gerroa Dreaming has a wood fireplace and ducted air conditioning throughout. There are fans in the bedrooms for the warmer months. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking for cars, boats etc? There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the driveway. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? What are the minimum stay rules? - Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Summer Season rules? Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
