This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home offers an additional den and 1715 Square feet. When you walk into the front door there is a nice entry way that leads to two bedrooms and a full bath towards the waterside of the home. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed and the other a Queen bed, both bedrooms have a wonderful view of Aransas Bay. There is also another bedroom toward the front of the house with 2 twin beds. There is a large patio out the back door where you will also find the private hot tub overlooking the water. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. The master bedroom and bath are also on this level with an additional half bath. The master has a King size bed and the bath room is amazing. Soak in the oversized tub and watch your favorite show. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door.
