Welcome to Hill’s Haven! Hill’s Haven is located just 0.9 miles south of Bryant Denny Stadium, and is walkable to several downtown attractions, including restaurants and Government Plaza. The house can host up to 6 guests. Hill’s Haven is available for short term or extended stays. This property is NOT pet friendly. The Living Space: Hill’s Haven is a great 3 bedroom 3 bath unit with beautiful furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. Upon entering the condo, you will find a comfortable living room area that includes a 70 inch Samsung Smart TV to watch GameDay or any of your favorite streaming apps. The kitchen is shared space with the living room, which is perfect for staging your tailgate food while watching the Bama Game. The Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The master bedroom includes a King bed, under bed storage, a Roku TV, and walk in closet. The adjacent guest room includes a Queen bed, four drawer dresser, Roku TV, and walk in closet. The third bedroom includes two Twin beds, a Roku TV, and walk in closet. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom with tub shower combination for your convenience. Their is a full size washer and dryer available to be used. The Outdoors: 3 parking spaces are included with the property. We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions! *Please Read Prior to Booking: *Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.* *There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.* *If your selected property offers the use of trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas, these beds will not be made up in advance.
