Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- We expect our Guests to treat the Cottage and the surrounding property with respect, and to leave the Cottage as they found it with all dishes washed and cottage tidy before they depart.
- All Music to be turned down to a volume not audible outside the Cottage after 10pm in respect of other guests utilising the property and our neighbours.
- Please seek our permission prior to inviting any people additional to your booking, onto the property.
- Please advise us of any breakages.
- $250 fee will be taken from the bond if not complied.
