The newly built modern Villa Val is located in Zadar, the heart of Dalmatia. Its excellent location, just a few minutes from the sea and within easy reach of all tourist and entertainment facilities, will provide you with an ideal vacation. The fully fenced yard hides a heated swimming pool surrounded by olive trees and greenery, for complete privacy. Next to the pool is a covered veranda with a barbecue, a dining area and a leisure corner equipped with a trampoline and table tennis. For those eager to explore the city and its surroundings, there are 5 bicycles at your disposal.
The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor consists of a modern kitchen with a dining room, a living room and one bedroom with a bathroom. The first floor accommodates 3 more bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and a game room equipped with a pool table and a kitchenette. An added bonus of this beautiful villa is the roof terrace with a view of the city, the sea and the islands, which settled a jacuzzi and a comfortable lounge area. Here you can spend romantic and relaxing evenings with a cocktail overlooking the famous Zadar sunset.
