Welcome to The Palms Mansion, our most spacious property in The Palms, an exclusive and secluded beachfront condo community on the peaceful south end of Playa Flamingo. This luxury four-bedroom condo is comprised of two beautifully furnished split-level units — The Palms #8 and The Palms #9 — which, combined with a sliding door through the living room, comfortably sleeps 12 guests.
Each side of The Palms Mansion features an open-concept ground floor with a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. The kitchens each have granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and high-end appliances, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. When the units are combined, the chic, modern living spaces merge into one, offering plenty of room for socializing and relaxing with your entire group.
Upstairs, each side of The Palms Mansion has two bedrooms — a master and a second bedroom. Each primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, high ceilings, a private, furnished balcony with oceanfront views, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. The second bedrooms each have a queen bed and double bed, as well as a private bathroom and balcony. All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished with plush mattresses and linens, elegant decor, and a clean, modern design.
The Palms Mansion is situated on the pristine shoreline of Playa Flamingo, making it easy to enjoy oceanfront views from the comfort of your living room. The stacking glass doors on each side of the unit lead to a shaded patio, which is furnished with an outdoor furniture set and dining table and features a beautifully manicured walkway through a garden to the community’s swimming pools and the beach.
During your stay at The Palms Mansion, you’ll have access to all the community’s resort-style amenities, including a fitness center, complimentary kayaks and paddle boards, gated parking, 24/7 security, and two sparkling swimming pools — a wading pool and an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean!

Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.
Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Our information brochure will provide you with useful information on local transportation options and points of interest, as well as contact information for taxis and shuttles.
Property Manager is committed to protecting our properties and complying with short-term rental regulations, which is why all guests are required to complete an independent verification with our trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
