Just like its namesake indicates, the Village Center is at the epicenter of the Durango Mountain Resort and Purgatory experience. There is no better location for your winter or summer adventures. Our single level 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo (Unit 611) is located on the top floor of the Village Center building and is a corner residence offering amazing views of the base area/slopes, 2 decks and plenty of natural light. The condo has been completely updated and features a washer/dryer, WIFI and a fully stocked kitchen. The Village Center building features a hot tub on the roof with great views (same floor as the condo - just steps away), a restaurant, 2 bars, a slope-side deck, Purgatory’s ski school, the Purgatory childcare facility, 2 ski rental shops (one for high performance gear), and the resort’s premier shopping location, Purgatory Sports. With the deli right next door offering great sandwiches, breakfast, and light groceries, you truly won’t have to get in your car after you arrive. Bed Configuration (TVs in each bedroom): Main Bedroom - King Bed 2nd Bedroom - King Bed 3rd Bedroom - King Bed Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied. As with all properties in the Village Center buildings, pets are not allowed per HOA rules. For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation.
