You will be located in the center of Santa Fe’s art scene and events while also being able to escape into nature. The Santa Fe River is right across the street, with beautiful, tree-lined walks to the east and west. In less than a block, you are in the wilds of hiking trails. Monsignor Patrick Smith Park--a lush expanse of grass for picnics or letting your dogs play--is right across the street. Our home is within walking distance of Canyon Road and a 20-minute walk or 7-minute bike ride to The Plaza. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). • Book at least a week for a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years) to your stay. Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
