Located at the base of Wolf Creek Pass, this townhome provides ideal access to Wolf Creek Ski Area in the winter months. Additionally, for an optional $25/day resort fee, guests can access the Rio Grande Club’s resort amenities, including an outdoor pool (open Memorial Day – Labor Day), a 12-person hot tub, a workout facility, and tennis and pickleball courts. The $25/day resort fee is required to use the above facilities and gold medal fly fishing waters. When booking, advise how many days you would like the $25/day resort fee added to your reservation. Guests also have the flexibility to add this access anytime during their stay. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
