Welcome to Nuevo Sol, a comfortable and inviting desert oasis just minutes
from Joshua Tree National Park. We hope you will enjoy the refreshing in-
ground swimming pool, large hot tub, custom fire pit and boulders, well
equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfortable bedrooms, indoor fireplace
and the all-around great vibes.
Whether you are relaxing with a cocktail by the pool, stargazing in the yard,
cooking a great meal with family and friends in the kitchen or with the BBQ,
we are sure you will love every minute in this desert getaway home.
Centrally located, Nuevo Sol is the perfect jumping off point to enjoy all
that the high desert has to offer. The house is just a 12-minute drive from
the black rock park entrance, 6 minutes to the Joshua Tree Saloon, and 14
minutes to Pappy & Harriets and La Copine.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
