This is our personal home away from the hustle of big city living and we’re so
happy to share our slice of desert heaven with you. Located magical and remote
Wonder Valley, That Desert House mixes fun design details in the tranquility
of the Mojave desert.
We invite you to stay at our home and look forward to sharing our relaxing and
meditative space with you and your family and friends that become family.
We have hosted guests traveling from all over the world and our hope is you’ll
be able to gather friends & family, get cozy in our home and enjoy the
beautiful Mojave Desert and Joshua Tree National Park.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
