The Old Florida Cottages community is tucked away off a beach-end street, so the walk to the beach is easy and short, with no major roads to cross. Enjoy the large seasonally heated community pool and grilling area with covered pavilion and bathrooms.
Inside, the new flooring and coastal chic furnishings help make the open living and dining area adorable. The updated kitchen includes new countertops and appliances.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom, king, has its own private deck, as does the cute guest room, with a full-over-bunk, queen. A comfy sofa-sleeper is on the main floor. Wine Down comfortably accommodates 8 guests.
Although porches are everywhere, the extended back porch gets the most attention. Ample seating and a view of the sparkling community pool make this one a favorite.
