Coolangatta and Gerroa to the north. It boasts one of the best locations on the NSW coast for whale watching from September to November, as well as year-round dolphin displays. The upper decks, situated 20 meters above sea level, provide extensive coverage of whale, dolphin, and shipping activity, with views stretching over 16 kilometres. Albatross, an award-winning beach house, is perfect for large families, with separate living areas and entertainment options for children with their own living area with TV, and games room, one with a pool-snooker table and a Texas poker card table, the other is set up for table tennis. It is an ideal destination for a week or weekend getaway throughout the year. The property is conveniently located near Warrain Beach, which can be viewed from the house for surf conditions, and Tilbury Cove, which offers protected swimming and snorkelling opportunities. With four bedrooms, including ensuites and balconies with water views, Albatross provides ample space and comfort. The modern kitchen has a magnetic induction stove, steam oven, dishwasher, wine cabinet and top brand appliances. If you are required to work while away, there is study area with 180-degree water view and a large blue gum desk with electrical connections for your devices. To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
