“Welkom” to The Dutch Mountain in The Village at Blue Mountain Beach. The community pool and fitness center are spectacular.
Hop on a bike and cruise down County Road 83 to the public beach access, and various eateries, or just stroll across the road to Redfish Village, home of more cafes and spas. For the best house-made ice cream this end of 30A, everyone will be happy with a stop at Blue Mountain Creamery.
Built in 2014, simplistic style is the theme of this home, dressed in soft tones of grey and white. The primary bedroom, king, also has a sleeper sofa. The 2 guest bedrooms have TVs, DVD players, and TiVo.
The spacious living room has a 40” TV. The adjacent dining room may expand outdoors if the French doors are opened to the furnished deck, complete with a gas grill.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
