All the furniture is new as of 2020, so no old flamingo and peacock furniture here. The living room has a large TV and full sleeper sofa, the dining table comfortably seats 6. A guest room, queen, has a private bath, the other guest room with two twins and TV. Point Three is in a quiet golf cart-friendly community, with easy access to Front Beach Road and Highway 98.
