Easy Breezy is a classic, 60s-era, lakefront beach house that’s been renovated while maintaining its original charm. The large deck, with jaw-dropping views of Eastern Lake and the gorgeous beach directly behind it, is one of the many highlights of this unique, contemporary house.

To get to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf’s shore, simply paddle across this rare coastal dune lake. Super easy! Or take a quick walk down the street to get to the beach. Eastern Lake is available for boating of all kinds, except jet skis. The house is close to a public boat ramp, where paddleboards and kayaks are welcome, and the fishing is great!
Inside, almost every room also has incredible views, including the very spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area, which opens to the large ‘Florida room’. Down the hall, both guest rooms, king, also open to the Florida room, which has a pair of twins with trundle beds.
Tucked on the edge of Eastern Lake, Easy Breezy is just a couple blocks from 30A.
