Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayForFree,- We allow one pet per apartment that is over one years old, under 20kgs and is house-trained.
- - We require a pet cleaning fee of AUD $250 be paid prior to arrival to cover a deep clean upon check-out in preparation for the next guest. Please note this is NOT included in the standard cleaning fee.
- - We require a pre authorisation of $500 placed on a credit/debit card, which will be applied the day prior to arrival. In the unlikely event any damages occur this will be used to cover any costs associated with damage. Please note the pre authorisation only places a hold on funds, and the hold will be removed at the end of the stay provided there are no issues. If damages do occur, charges will only be made based on the total cost of the repairs and replacements.
- - The guest agrees to strictly adhere to the Strata by-laws in relation to housing pets.
