This lovely chalet located steps from boutiques, cafes and the Gatineau River has plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy all this gorgeous area has to offer.
The main floor is home to 1 queen bed and the living spaces. The second floor has 2 more queen beds, and 3 twins in one room, which the kids are sure to love! This space was lovingly decorated by a local designer and shop owner (La Tortue de Wakefield). Be sure to pop by her shop and say hi!
Our home comes equipped with propane BBQ, beach items (chairs, towels, cooler bag), children’s dinnerware, and high chair.
Wakefield is a prime outdoor destination, with bungee jumping, canoe rentals, Eco-Odysee Adventures, and even organic farming tours. Artists especially love Wakefield, and is home to woodworkers, glassblowers, painters, ceramists and musicians, among many others. When in normal times, the Blacksheep started as a logger’s tavern and roadhouse and has become the place to listen to live music, having hosted many famous Canadian musicians over the past 25 years.
