The Eyrie is perched above Lac Saint-Pierre and features massive floor to ceiling windows which offer sweeping sunset views of the lake and the rolling alpine landscape of Val-des-Monts. This luxuriously modern, newly built four season home enjoys full sun throughout the day and is sure to rejuvenate you with its serenity and privacy, with woods to all sides and incredible solitude.
Our upgraded, executive kitchen ensures the chef in the family will feel right at home, and when the weather permits, the propane BBQ adds another option when deciding what to make for dinner. Bring your favourite wine and chill it in the built-in wine fridge attached to the island.
Evenings can be spent stoking a bonfire in the large outdoor firepit, soaking in the hot tub (covered for use in all weather!) or simply cozying up beside the wood burning fireplace with a glass of wine or hot...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
