This newly built villa with a touch of luxury is located in the charming historical town of Nin, the oldest Croatian royal town. It is 15 kilometers away from Zadar. Nin is special due to its location on a peninsula in the middle of a beautiful lagoon, and as such is ideal for a family holiday with children, fun activities on sandy beaches and numerous historical and tourist attractions. The location of the villa is excellent due to its proximity to beaches, the city center and numerous taverns, while at the same time providing enough privacy. The house is a one-story house surrounded by a fenced yard, a lawn and a terrace with a heated swimming pool that also contains a special children’s area. The covered terrace consists of a dining area next to a brick fireplace, perfect for socializing with Dalmatian specialties and a glass of wine with the pool view.
The interior of the house contains a modern kitchen with a dining island and equipped with all appliances, including an ice maker. The dining room leads you through the open space to the living room with a view of the pool. The private part consists of four bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a hydromassage bathtub, and a separate toilet. An added bonus for those eager for activities is the trampoline in the yard, as well as 5 bicycles that you can use for free to explore the city, sandy beaches and numerous attractions that Nin and its surroundings offer.
