Restrooms and showers are available for use and will be much appreciated on those cold winter Colorado evenings. Great Central Location – Located off Hwy. 6, Ski Run Condos are convenient to Keystone area restaurants and shops. Take the nearby bike and walking paths to Mountain House and River Run Villages. Get outside and explore Keystone, Colorado! Outdoor Common Area – While staying at your vacation condo at Ski Run, take advantage of the spacious outdoor patio. Enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and river views from this peaceful space at Keystone Resort. Garage Parking – Access to the Ski Run Condo parking garage is a great amenity to have during your ski vacation. Extra parking spaces are available right outside the Ski Run Building as well. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Rules are as follows:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Children are allowed.
- The minimum age limit for Guests is 22 for studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms.
- The minimum age limit for Guests is 25 for properties that are 3 bedrooms or larger.
- Parking rules are property specific. Per Keystone Resort rules, each reservation will be given one parking permit. Read your email confirmation for detailed parking rules during your reservation.
