Each of the two private bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two Queen beds, perfect for additional guests or children. The versatile den provides an additional sleeping area with a comfortable sofa sleeper. For added privacy, an accordion-style door can close off the den, creating a cozy and secluded space. A third full bathroom is conveniently located in the den area, serving both the den and any guests using the common living spaces.
Offering the perfect location, Property Manager are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away.
Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men’s and women’s spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport as well around Snowmass Village is available during office hours.
Our on-site ski & snowboard shop Slopeside Tuning and Rentals has rental equipment for all levels of skiers & snowboarders. No worries if you didn’t rent your equipment from Slopeside, you can still store your skis or snowboards overnight and they will be waiting for you in the morning to click-in right from the shop and head down the mountain.
Please note that pets and smoking of any kind are not permitted at Property Manager.
One complimentary parking space per unit is provided.
Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including the Property Manager. Fans are provided for your comfort.
