Bedding includes a King Bed in the first bedroom and 2 Twins in the loft area. There is also a Sofa Sleeper in the living area. Other amenities include an in-unit Washer/Dryer and gas fireplace. Professionally managed on-site by a local Snowmass team. Offering the perfect location, our condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away. Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men’s and women’s spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms. Housekeeping service varies by season-- Please contact us for specifics. Our on-site ski & snowboard shop has rental equipment for all levels of skiers & snowboarders. No worries if you didn’t rent your equipment from our location, you can still store your skis or snowboards overnight and they will be waiting for you in the morning to to click-in right from the shop and head down the mountain. Please note that pets and smoking of any kind are not permitted at our condominiums. One complimentary parking space per unit is provided. Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including our condominiums.
