Surround yourself with nature and slowly unwind at this idyllic, family-friendly retreat for five. Peacefully situated on a hillside amongst fields and forests this sunny home-away-from-home is perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Positioned within a large lawned garden the house is brilliantly designed for alfresco living with; an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining area and seating looking out onto a children’s play area with a trampoline, swings, a playhouse and a slide. There is also a large hot tub and a sun terrace with loungers for ultimate relaxation.
Inside, there is a cosy living room with a modern fireplace, a flat-screen TV and two comfortable sofas. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a fridge freezer and a dining table for six.
All guests are free to pick & use the vegetables from the garden on the plot. Of course, the veggies are seasonally available (mostly summer).

Bedroom: The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. This room also enjoys an ensuite shower room.
Extra: The living room sleeps 2 guests with two comfortable sofa beds: a sofa double bed and a sofa single bed.

and whilst the property is located in a quiet rural area it is still well-connected to larger villages and towns in the region. The village of Jakopovec (a 4-minute drive away) offers basic services such as local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The village also provides a glimpse into rural life in Croatia.
The town of Varaždin, known for its well-preserved Baroque architecture and historic charm, is located a 20-minute drive away. Here enjoy its cultural attractions, including museums, galleries and Aquacity (Varaždin Sea) a fantastic water park.
