BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized and twin single beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a Samsung smart TV that is connected to all local channels and which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car and there is also a visitor parking area. You can also find free street parking on Burke Crescent. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Griffith is the perfect place for those looking for something close to government offices but still in a cafe precinct. It is a very short walk to the Manuka Oval and Kingston cafes and foreshore. You can take a bus from Griffith directly to the city. Use the bus stop on Wentworth Ave or Canberra Ave to catch the express bus. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Note: Scaffolding work is currently in progress on the external walls, surrounding the entire complex for the duration of the project. Start date: 11th of March 2024 Estimated end: mid-August 2024 Please secure balcony doors and windows. Balcony furniture is temporarily moved inside the property. The visitor car park at Killara will be closed from 5th to 9th August, 2024, due to painting work. Please note that visitor parking will not be available in these spaces between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day.
