Welcome to our charming 4-bed, 2-bath house in the heart of Lowestoft, just steps away from the beautiful beach! We have 4 decent sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one located on ground floor). There is a games room with a pool table for endless family entertainment. Our enclosed rear garden makes it perfect to bring along your beloved pet and driveway parking makes access a breeze.
Enter into the spacious hall way, leading to the sitting room, dining room and kitchen beyond. The lounge area offers a space to retreat and relax whilst enjoying the large TV and games on offer. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your delicious home cooked meals which can be enjoyed gathered round the family dining table. Located at the rear of the ground floor is the shower room, perfect for washing off those sandy toes after a day at the beach. Upstairs are four great sized bedrooms, a king, twin, bunk room and single along with a family bathroom....

The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments. The local surrounding area has a great wealth of places to visit with something to please every family member on a beach-side holiday.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
