The location of the villa is perfect for all those who want to enjoy complete privacy and relaxation. The villa is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. On the ground floor of the villa you have at your disposal: a large living room, dining room, and kitchen (with dishwasher, hood, electric stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and refrigerator). There is also: a game room (billiards, table tennis, darts), gym, playroom (PS4 and playseat), and outdoor fireplace where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your family and friends. If you need it, there is also a laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, iron), and of course, there is also a heated pool (21 m2) and a jacuzzi. There are 4 double bedrooms on the first floor of the villa. Each room has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, two sinks) and LCD TV. Each room offers a beautiful sea view. The villa has three large terraces: the front terrace with umbrellas and deck chairs, the roof terrace with garden furniture, and the back terrace with deck chairs, so you can sunbathe all day. Next to the back terrace is a grass court for volleyball and badminton. The distance from the sea is 50 m, and the nearest beach is only 100 m away. On the beach are available plastic deck chairs.
