In the stunning Agios Nikitas area of Lefkada Island is beautiful Villa Casa Azul. This four bedroom Villa is the perfect accommodation for your next family holiday. You will love the private outdoor area with the swimming pool, many lounge options, BBQ, and outdoor dining. The Villa is at walking distance from Agios Nikitas Village with its beach, many shops, supermarkets, bars, and great restaurants.
Villa Casa Azul is laid out over 3 floors with the main entrance being on the first floor. Entering the Villa you walk into the large living area with the open plan kitchen, indoor dining, and family bathroom. From here you have direct access to the verandah with outdoor dining with seaviews.
Up the internal staircase are two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. You have access from here to the second verandah also offering great sea views. From here up one more...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
