This beautiful independent villa has a private pool and is located in a scenic position, upon a hill and overlooking a valley, within the province of Pistoia. The rental has modern facilities and has been both comfortably and tastefully furnished. Outside, the villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land, a large part of which is covered with 1,500 olive trees. Guests staying at Villa Casalguidi have the use of a beautiful, well looked after garden along with the private pool, which has a panoramic view.
This property has a great location with many of Tuscany’s important cities of art within easy reach for guests (Florence, Montecatini, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca and Collodi, where there is a park dedicated to the famous Pinocchio).
Access to the property is via a stretch of dirt road, which is in good condition.
Distances: Casalguidi offers a wide range of shops just 1,5 km away, while Pistoia is 12 km away, Montecatini Terme (famous for its thermal spas) 22 km, there is a golf club roughly 15-20 km away, Collodi (the birthplace of Pinocchio and where today he has a dedicated theme park) 35 km, Lucca 48 km, Florence 46 km, Pisa 65 km, Viareggio (at the the beautiful Tuscan coastline) 90 km, San Gimignano 90 km, Siena 110 km and the Cinque Terre are 150 km away.
