There is plenty of room to stretch out in this home with two living areas – perfect for adults and children to have their own space. The main living area is located at the rear with plenty of comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the large screen TV. The kitchen area is a good size and has everything you may need to cater for your group. There is a breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen or a separate dining area with solid wood table and chairs for family meals. The private pool deck wraps around the home and features a larger than average pool, plus bubbling spa (heating not currently available). There is a table and chairs under a covered shady area, and loungers for spending a full day by the pool. A large lawn area also spans across the rear of the property. BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home) The master bedroom is located downstairs with walk-in wardrobe and luxurious ensuite with double sinks, garden tub, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs there are two other bedrooms, plus two twin rooms for the children. The Tuscan Ridge community is just off Hwy 27, located around 20 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal. There is a Publix supermarket nearby plus plenty of shopping and dining options within driving distance.
