This bright home is situated along the golf course of the Highlands Reserve community, well-located close to all the local attractions, shops and restaurants. With a private pool area and movie/games room, this is the perfect home for a family vacation. New sofas and carpets in 2025. The generous living room has three comfortable sofas – great for watching the large screen TV with cable services. The room leads out to the pool area, which backs onto the golf course with plenty of greenery and mature trees. There is a table and chairs for dining outside under the covered shady area, plus plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the Florida weather. Please inquire in advance if pool heat or BBQ rental is desired - available at an additional cost. The kitchen is well-equipped to cater any size meal for your family, and has a large fridge/freezer. There is a bright breakfast nook, or a formal dining area for enjoying meals. The sophisticated master bedroom has a kingsize bed with ensuite including bathtub, walk-in shower and double sinks. There is a queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms – one with a fullsize bed – so there is plenty of space to fit your group. There are TVs in every bedroom and high speed wifi is included. The movie/games room in this home is fantastic! With cinema style seating you can enjoy a movie projected onto the huge screen. There is also a foosball table and putting mat to ensure hours of fun. High quality towels and linens are provided, plus a washer and dryer is available for guest use. Highlands Reserve is a prestige golf & country club excellently located on Hwy 27, close to all the shops and restaurants along Hwy 192, and I4 which connects you to all Orlando has to offer as wells as the gulf coast beaches. Disney World is just 15 minute drive. Set amongst the peaceful championship golf course, guest facilities include community pool, tennis court, children’s playground and golf clubhouse.
