Holborn Delight 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom A contemporary pool home that has been freshly furnished, with west facing deck, located on the gated community of Westridge Manors. The home has recently been painted, plank flooring installed and all new furniture. The bright living room has comfortable leather sofas overlooking the pool deck. There is a large smart TV with high speed wifi included. The modern kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast area to grab a quick bite, or large dining table to share a meal together. The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with access to the pool deck. There is a twin bedroom that the kids will love as well as a sophisticated queen bedroom. These two rooms share a bathroom. The west facing pool deck enjoys the sunshine throughout the afternoon. The outside area is private with no rear neighbors, and offers a good size swimming pool. There is also a covered area to enjoy some shade and dine outdoors. Guests use pool at own risk. The gated community of Westridge is conveniently located just off US Highway 27 with close proximity to an abundance of shops, restaurants and a large Publix supermarket. All the main attractions are in easy reach, with Disney under 25 minutes drive and Universal 35 minutes drive. The community is a popular resort for vacations and offers a large swimming pool, and clubhouse with lounge spaces and fitness facilities.
