Welcome ! Magnificent apartment in cannes with two bedrooms, ideal for 4 people. Very well located, just 5 minutes from the Croisette, on the ground floor with a view of a small garden. Decorated with taste and attention to detail, I am committed to receiving you in the best conditions for your holidays or business trips.
The apartment is on the ground floor and fully equipped for your comfort.
It is composed of two large bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds can therefore offer a capacity of 4 people comfortably.
The living room is very spacious, I was keen to decorate it meticulously. You will find a large sofa, a flat screen TV, armchairs as well as a table and chairs. This room is very bright thanks to the many windows that overlook a small green garden. Air conditioning and high speed wifi are available in the apartment.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Très proche des rues commerçantes, de la plage et de la croisette ( seulement 5 minutes à pieds) qui vous mène au Palais des festivals et au port. L'appartement est seulement à quelques pas de l'hotel Martinez, et de nombreux restaurants.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
