The apartment: With capacity for three people, the accommodation is located on the third floor of a building that has an elevator and access for disabled people. The living room has a television, an elegant desk, a designer armchair, a sofa bed and a charming French-style balcony with an exterior view. The modern kitchen, which in turn integrates a high dining table with stools, has all the appliances and amenities necessary to guarantee a comfortable stay. The flat has a fantastic bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable bathroom with an en-suite bathtub and a toilet. It has heating and air conditioning in all its rooms with underfloor heating and central air conditioning. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community. The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Property Manager is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
