Just a few metres from Santa Ana Square and Puerta del Sol, this property located in an area with little car traffic, where walking and getting to know Madrid will be a true delight. This area offers a wide culinary offering, and many leisure and shopping options, in addition to being very well connected with other areas of the city.
Likewise, this property is located a few minutes walking from tourist and cultural points in Madrid such as the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park.
The apartment:
With capacity for three people, the accommodation is located on the third floor of a building that has an elevator and access for disabled people. Its cosy atmosphere, elegant marble floors and the modern character of its furniture ensure a calm, comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests.
The living room has a television, an elegant desk, a designer armchair, a sofa bed and a charming French-style balcony with an exterior view. The modern kitchen, which in turn integrates a high dining table with stools, has all the appliances and amenities necessary to guarantee a comfortable stay.
The flat has a fantastic bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable bathroom with an en-suite bathtub and a toilet.
It has heating and air conditioning in all its rooms with underfloor heating and central air conditioning.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Its privileged location will allow you to move around easily and have the best that the city has to offer just a few steps away: culture, gastronomy, entertainment and much more.
Works will be carried out in the storage rooms of the building, this will affect the apartments in the least possible way. We apologise for the inconvenience.

In such a dynamic environment with so much activity, some ambient noise may be perceived, especially during weekends. It is the ideal place for those who enjoy the urban atmosphere and want to be in the centre of everything.
Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Property Manager is not responsible for any delay in entry to the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Property Manager is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
