Harbour Tower 617:Spectacular views from your 6th floor corner balcony. This unit has a large balcony that wraps around the corner along the entire length of the living room! The view reaches up the San Carlos Bay and across the back bay areas offering complete seclusion. This condo is well-appointed and full of personality. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom. There’s a King bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is a queen air mattress available in the closet. This condo sleeps 6.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
