Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- PET POLICY:
- Small pets and dogs are permitted upon request for additional fee of $25/day per pet.
- 1. Only small dogs weighing 20 pounds or less are allowed.
- 2. Guests must notify the host in advance if they plan to bring a small dog.
- 3. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their dog during their stay.
- 4. Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved.
- 5. Dogs must be kept on a leash when taken anywhere outside.
- 6. Dogs are not permitted on furniture.
- 7. An additional pet fee may apply.
- 8. Hosts have the right to refuse or terminate a booking if the guest's dog is causing disturbances or not abiding by the rules.
- 9. Guests must clean up after their dog both inside and outside the property.
- 10. Maximum number of dogs permitted: 2.

- Please refrain from smoking inside the home.
- NO PARTIES/EVENTS
- Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the quiet time after 10 PM.
