The villa is only rented in exclusivity; you will be the only one client during your stay. You can enjoy all the villa common parts and outdoors. The number of opened bedrooms depends on the number of people (unless special demand). If you require more bedrooms, it is possible depending on the chosen villa. It can populate extra fees. The number of guests defines the number of rooms you will have, unless there is a special demand.

Alcohol: Since we do not have any license, we cannot buy or transport it for you. But you are welcome to bring your wine, and we will serve it with pleasure without any cork-fee.
External Guest: We require the guest list before your arrival. It might populate Extra Guest fees. Our policy is clear about any form of prostitution, in case of early check-out or cancellation regarding this particular matter: no refund will be made.
We are always available via the Platform. Your concierge welcomes you on the 1st day and is always available by telephone. The housekeeper is with you throughout your stay and takes care of you at the Villa.
