Happy Daze: 4 Bedroom / Sleeps 8 Contemporary, newly-updated home in the gated High Grove Resort. This comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has a private pool, hot tub and games room. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with new leather sofas to sink into and relax while watching a movie or your favorite show on the large screen TV. The main living area has wood-look tile throughout. Leading through sliding glass doors is the private pool area. The paved pool deck spans the full width of the home and features a generous size pool and hot tub with jets. Pool/spa heating is available on request at an additional cost. There is a table and chairs for dining outside under a covered shady area. With plenty of loungers, you can spend a whole day enjoying the sunshine by the pool with complete privacy. There is also an area of lawn to the rear of the screened enclosure. BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home) The modern kitchen boasts stone countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances and everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast bar with tall stools and a bright dining area that comfortably seats 6. The home has two master bedrooms, both with king beds and ensuites. Premium mattresses, bedding and towels are provided. The bathrooms have been freshly upgraded with marble tile and high quality fixtures and fittings. Both of the master suites are at the rear of the home and have access to the pool deck. There are two children’s bedrooms, each with two twin beds – one room is Rock- n-Roll and the other Disney themed. There are TVs in every bedroom. The games room is set up for those of all ages to enjoy. There is a pool table, foosball table and large screen TV with Xbox console and selection of games, together with comfortable gaming chairs. Cable TV and high speed internet is provided. There is a washer/dryer for guest use. High Grove Resort is a popular base for vacationers due to its premium facilities and superb location close to the crossing of Highways 27 and 192. The gated community is peaceful and well cared for – the clubhouse is just a walk across the street from the home and offers a variety of guest amenities for your enjoyment. As well as the community pool and spa there is a fitness center, cyber cafe with printing facilities, pool table, free wireless hot spot and arcade room. Just across from the clubhouse is a children’s playground with mini golf. An abundance of shooping and dining options are in short driving distance, including a large Walmart less than a mile away. Disney is around 25 minutes drive, Universal and Sea World to the north, and Legoland to the south, are approximately a 30 minutes drive. For the keen golfers, Highlands Reserve, Championsgate and Orange County are all nearby.
