21. This completely remodeled 2 bedroom condo is located at the base of Lift
7, in Telluride town, just steps from the river trail. Large picture windows
highlight mountainside views including the ski runs in the winter. Two shared
decks off the living room and master bedroom provide plenty of outdoor space
for an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee. During the summer and
winter months, you won’t need to use your car once you have arrived. This ski
in, ski out residence offers seamless ski access in the winter months. During
the summer, all of the shops, restaurants and Telluride Town Park can be
accessed in foot within 10 minutes. This property is just 3 minutes walk from
Clark’s grocery store.
The Cimarron Lodge complex offers a locked, heated parking garage with
space for one vehicle per unit. Please note the parking height clearance is
6’8".
