This very comfortable two bedroom, two bath single level condo overlooks the
San Miguel River Trail and offers nearly 1200 square feet of space for your
Telluride vacation. The open floor plan features space to relax or entertain
with the living, dining and kitchen areas providing a spacious great room.
This unit was updated recently with new paint, flooring, appliances and
furniture in living, dining and master. The quiet location is both close to
the action and also tucked away into a quiet corner of town. You’ll be just
steps to skiing/gondola, shops, restaurants and Town Park. The Bear Creek
hiking trail is right outside you front door. Communal hot tub (Property
Manager does not manage hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot
be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).
You’ll go down one flight of stairs to this condo’s entrance which offers lots
of space and a bench for ease of getting ready, as well as cubbies to organize
your getaway. The entryway opens to a spacious living and dining area
overlooked by the fully stocked kitchen. The living area features a fireplace
and opens to a large deck overlooking the River and River Trail. It’s the
perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Off of
the living area a hallway splits the large king bedroom with an en suite
bathroom (tub/shower combo) and the queen bedroom. The guest bathroom in
between offers a walk-in steam shower.
