Enter up a set of stairs to the spacious great room and living area where the
fireplace, seating area and fully equipped kitchen await your group. Pull up
to the breakfast bar for your morning coffee or enjoy a home-cooked meal with
new or old friends at dining table surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows.
Relax in front of the fireplace after a full day of adventures, whether it was
hiking, skiing, or shopping. The second level features a king bedroom with en
suite bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower. You’ll find two more
bedrooms as you progress up the stairs, another king bed, followed by an open
loft room with captain’s bunks (twin over full). The second full bathroom also

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
