<p>Located just a short stroll from the nearest coastal beach, Villa Andreas is ideal for those who want to catch the waves. A handful of local tavernas, ice cream shops and convenience stores are a little further along the coast, but still within walking distance, making Villa Andreas ideal for those who don’t want to hire a car. </p>
<p>The terracotta poolside terrace is a great spot for lazy days by the pool, relaxing in style with a cocktail or two as the sun shines. There are multiple reclining sunloungers, and a cosy garden sofa for afternoon reading or a morning coffee. At night the terrace and garden light up with vintage-style mini lamp posts and an illuminated pool, a wonderful sight to see whilst you enjoy an evening meal cooked up on the brick-built BBQ.</p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
