Moon River is a two-story, luxurious home located in the Upper Valley, right off Highway 578. This six-bedroom, three bath has all the privacy you could ask for along with some of the most spectacular views in town! This home sits along 1,000ft of riverfront—perfect for trout fishing enthusiasts!
With granite countertops and a panoramic view, this home will make you feel like a million bucks while still having that small-town atmosphere.
This home has six bedrooms with all amazing views and three bathrooms. When you pull up into the home you will notice a large carport where the front door is located. As you walk into this home your eyes will gravitate the vaulted high ceilings and open concept. The living room has an L shaped couch perfect for a large group! Plenty of room to cozy up by the GAS fireplace and play games with the whole family while looking out all the large windows facing the river with the mountains. The large fully equipped kitchen located to the left of the living area has a Keurig coffee machine also a regular coffee pot.
To the right of the living room will bring you to a hallway where three out of the six bedrooms are located, also the downstairs bathroom with a shower and tub. The first bedroom you come to has a lovely Queen bed with a heated blanket dresser and a closet with a jack and jill bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy Queen bed with heated blankets and a love seat, with a closet and dresser. The third bedroom is located in the hallway next the half bathroom and includes a twin bunk. The half bathroom is located outside of the three bedrooms. From the front door, you will see the grand staircase leads up to three bedrooms the master bedroom is to the left of the hallway looking over the living area. The Master bedroom includes a love seat couch and a Relaxing king bed with your own private balcony perfect for the mornings to look out to the river and the mountains with your gourmet coffee. The Master bedroom has a large jacuzzi tub, shower with a rain shower, and a vanity. The fifth bedroom upstairs has a Full/Twin bunk great for the kiddos!. The sixth bedroom upstairs has hardwood flooring a gorgeous Queen bed and a dresser.
