Looking for a charming vacation home that’s perfect for larger families? Red River Retreat is a luxurious and spacious two-story home. This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate 9 people. It is within walking distance of Main Street, where you can adventure the town of Red River. The property is surrounded by nature and astonishing views that can be seen on both balconies. The backside balcony includes outdoor seating to enjoy the mountain views and a freshwater hot tub to relax.
Downstairs there is a cozy and restful living room to enjoy with your family. There is a comfortable couch and chair, a classic Pac Man Plus arcade game alongside a TV that brings joyful entertainment to the space. You can also walk out from the living room lounge to the patio to cherish the fresh air or have a cook-out on the grill! Additionally, the living room leads to a bedroom that has two sets of twin bunk beds on the first floor to sleep 4 people. Lastly, the downstairs area consists of a washer and dryer as well as a newly furnished bathroom.
Both the main living room and kitchen are located on the second floor of the Red River Retreat. As you walk upstairs to the right there is a second pristine bathroom. Then the kitchen is located to the right with a stylish and modern aesthetic. It is equipped with all the appliances needed to have a lovely dinner! There is an island with a sink and bar seating that would keep all guests together while preparing meals. A Keurig is also available with complimentary coffee supplies. The living room, next to the kitchen, is an ideal area for using the flat screen tv to have a family movie night!
The master bedroom upstairs includes a king bed and its own private high-end bathroom with a blue shower adorned with gold accents. It also has a balcony that overlooks the peaceful town of Red River. The third room is furnished with both a sleeper sofa and a relaxing queen size bed for extra sleeping accommodation. Both bedrooms upstairs include flat screen TV’s and cozy bedding to help you relax after a day of exploring all that Red River has to offer!
In the Garage you can hang skis and ski poles and store boots. This home does not offer garage parking. They have also provided 4 Bicycles for guests use, 2 adult and 2 children’s bikes. (Not responsible for injuries on Bicycles)
