Claim Jumper Townhouse #14 is a charming three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse located on the river at the midpoint of Red River. This townhome is a two-level property with one bedroom on the main level. This townhome is one of the few Claim Jumper’s that have a main level bedroom.
As you enter the foyer into this cozy home you will never want to leave! With comfortable furniture, flat-screen TV with satellite, and a DVD Player. Sit back and watch the flames roll through the gas log fireplace while reading a good book and drinking your nice cup of Java! Continuing on through the first level you will come to the dining area that seats 6 persons at the table, the loaded kitchen has lots of counter space, cookware and food preparation tools, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. Off the kitchen, you will find a bedroom furnished with a queen bed and access to the hall bathroom.
Up the stairs, you will find the master bedroom complete with a king bed, TV, private bath with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony that overlooks the river and looks towards the fishing ponds. The other bedroom on this upper level contains a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle and a twin/double bunk bed.
