Claim Jumper A-Frame #3 is one of our newest vacation rentals and quickly becoming a favorite spot! This home has so much going for it! Not only is it in the perfect location of town to shops, restaurants, and the Red River Ski & Summer Area, it sits on the river and is around the corner from the Zipline and fishing ponds! Not to mention the hot tub for all of its guests to use!
This home is a two-story property with a couple steps up onto the deck to enter. When you first come into A-Frame 3 you will find the living room accented with a soft sofa that folds down into a bed perfectly aligned with the wood-burning fireplace which captivates you as you watch the untamed flames dance amongst the wood. The large flat-screen TV allows you to comfortably sit and watch cable and a DVD player. Next to the living room, you will find a half bath and the dining area with a wood table with enough seating for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic essentials for cooking, baking, and food preparations and does include a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker.
Up the stairs, to the second level, you will find the master bedroom on the right furnished with a king bed, private balcony and TV, DVD, and VHS Player for added relaxation. The doorway between the two bedrooms leads to the newly updated full bathroom with lots of counters and cubby space. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and one set of twin/full bunk beds. Outside you will find a Gas BBQ Grill (Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate), a hot tub, and a small fenced yard.
Other amenities that A-frame 3 guests may enjoy our free WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Ski-In/Ski-Out accommodations, and a front deck viewing the Platinum Chair Lift with outdoor seating.
